Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene carried on attacks on Dr. Anthony Fauci Friday following his emails’ disclosure that uncovered inconsistencies between what he knew and what he was publicly revealing about the coronavirus.

Fauci reportedly stated in private conversations that store-bought masks are “not really effective in keeping out virus” and knew about China’s role in spreading the pandemic that emerged from one of its Wuhan labs.

Greene told President Biden in a letter that Dr. Fauci “misled the American public regarding the origins, transmission, and mortality of the Covid-19 pandemic.”

“Not only his private correspondence, but his ongoing contradictory advice on the use of masks, vaccines, and social distancing and isolation demonstrates either incompetence or deception.”

In a Friday tweet, Greene insisted Fauci be held “accountable for his lies and potential involvement” and demanded he resigns.

"Through a Chines made bioweapon, America and the world came to a halt,” Greene said.

“But it is the Democrat’s Socialists policies that have caused the derailment of our strong economic engine, and will prevent the return.”
