Aiden Fucci’s mom surrenders to police over tampering with evidence in vile stabbing death of teen cheerleader

The St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office confirmed Saturday that Aiden Fucci’s mom turned herself in over charges of tampering of evidence in connection with Tristyn Bailey’s stabbing death.

Crystal Smith was booked into the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office Detention Center on a $25,000 bond.

Her son Aiden, 14, is facing first-degree murder charges for stabbing 13-year-old Tristyn 114 times and will be tried as an adult.
