San Jose news, California news.

Cecilia Nelms, the San Jose shooter’s ex-wife, fought back tears as she recalled how often the disturbed man voiced out his plans to slaughter his colleagues throughout their 10-year marriage.

“I never believed him, and it never happened. Until now,” Nelms said. “He could dwell on things.”

The woman said that Samuel Cassidy was “bipolar” and suffered “violent mood swings” like he had “two sides.”

“When he was in a good mood, he was a great guy. When he was mad, he was mad.”
