Indianapolis news, Indiana news.

An Indianapolis teen went on a shooting spree against his family early Sunday when his father yelled at him over leaving the house lately without permission.

It was 3:45 a.m. when the unidentified teen got enraged and started shooting at family members including his parents, Kezzie and Raymond, both 42; his siblings, 18-year-old Elijah, and 13-year-old Rita; and a 19-year-old pregnant woman identified as Kiara Hawkins.

The suspect also chased after his younger brother as he ran for his life while shooting at him. The boy sustained critical injuries but survived.

While still hospitalized, the witness told detectives got mad after a dispute with their father. He said that his older brother started shooting at victims upstairs where he gunned down his siblings and the pregnant woman.

He then “came down the stairs with a Draco gun, a handgun that shoots rifle rounds, and started shooting” at the parents as the surviving boy tried to flee.
