FBI warns QAnon extremists plan to pose as Guardsmen and infiltrate security through vulnerable spots

According to an intelligence report obtained by The Washington Post, QAnon’s adherents have been discussing how to infiltrate the tough security around the Capitol building through vulnerable spots and Guardsmen’s attire.

The FBI warning was published Monday the “lone wolves”, conspiracy theorists, and far-right extremists indicated that they plan to attend Biden’s inauguration ceremony and shared documents and maps “of sensitive locations” ahead of the event.

    “We’re monitoring all incoming leads, whether they’re calls for armed protest, potential threats that grow out of the January 6 breach of the Capitol, or other kinds of potential threats leading up to inaugural events and in various other targets,” Wray said.

    “So we’re latched up with all of our partners in that regard,” Wray added referring to the monitoring and observation of an “extensive amount of concerning online chatter.”
