Tennessee nurse passes out after receiving Pfizer vaccine during live television interview

While being interviewed over her receiving the coronavirus vaccine, a Tennessee nurse shocked the audience when she dramatically passed out.

Tiffany Dover later told spectators that she suffers a health condition that makes her lose consciousness when feeling pain.

Dover, who is the CHI Memorial Hospital nurse manager, was speaking to a local Chattanooga television about the vaccination process among frontline medical workers minutes after receiving it herself.

  • “All of my staff is excited to get the vaccine. We are in the Covid unit, so my team will be getting the first chances to get the vaccine, and I know that it’s really…I’m sorry I’m feeling really dizzy…” she said before collapsing.

    Later on, the nurse explained that it was common for her to faint: “It just hit me all of the sudden, I could feel it coming on. I felt a little disoriented but I feel fine now, and the pain in my arm is gone.”

    Dr. Jessee Tucker, a Medical Director at the hospital, said: “There is no reason to suspect that that’s due to the vaccine whatsoever.”
