Los Angeles news, California news.

A kindhearted Los Angeles man was beaten to death at his home by a homeless he sheltered in his backyard Wednesday.

Authorities didn’t identify the suspect nor the victim who was found with fatal head injuries at his home in the 1000 block of West 98th Street at around 6:30 p.m.

When police were first alerted of the incident, they were told about an altercation between the two men in the backyard.
