President Donald Trump affirmed at a White House Christmas party that he will run the 2024 Presidential race.
“It’s been an amazing four years,” Trump said at the Tuesday party. “We are trying to do another four years. Otherwise, I’ll see you in four years.”
The President, coming down the stairs, cheered to the crowd and confirmed his plans adding: “We won an election. But they don’t like that.”
The comments confirmed speculations from Hillary Clinton and others that he would run for the Presidency in 2024 seeking a second term.
But Trump couldn’t skip making his usual fraud accusations, describing the election as “rigged.”
Hillary Clinton had predicted Trump’s announcement just a day earlier, telling Podcast reporters that he’s “not going away.”
“He may finally have to leave the White House, but he’s going to turn around the next day and say he’s running for presidency again.”
She continued: “He is going to be out there, he’s going to have rallies because it’s like lifeblood to him. He’s probably going to be owning some kind of media outlet where he’s going to be peddling his stuff every day.”
