An Alabama mother of four was tragically killed in a boat crash that sent her flying overboard, officials said.
Brittney Sherman, 27, was on a 20-foot Avid Center Console with her family in Bayou Sara near Saraland Sunday evening when they collided with a 26-foot Regulator Center Console.
The impact sent the mother flying, and she landed in muddy water, where a search team located her body the following morning.
One of her kids is listed in critical condition while her husband, Cody, sustained serious injuries.
“Everyone, please pray for my baby boy will make a full recovery,” the father posted.
“This little boy is the toughest person I ever met. Daddy loves you, and we will get through this!”
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s Patrol Division is investigating the cause of the crash.
