US news.

The deaths of three people and a pregnancy loss were linked to a listeria contamination of ready-to-eat chicken dishes sold at Walmart and Kroger.

Food distributor FreshRealm is recalling all products of chicken fettuccine alfredo produced before June 17, 2025, in California, Georgia, and Indiana and sold nationwide.

A routine inspection in March confirmed the presence of a strain of Listeria in a sample of chicken fettuccine Alfredo.
