A Kentucky woman suspected of killing her husband and her sister and trying to kill her brother was shot dead in an exchange of gunfire with that brother, police said.
Angela Gosser first shot her 73-year-old husband Larry Gosser to death about 200 feet from his Pulaski County home Friday evening.
She then took off in a Ford F-150 to neighboring Russell County where she shot her sister Jennifer Wilson, 57, in the head through the passenger window of her car, killing her.
The woman then forced her way into 58-year-old Darryl Wilson’s home when she shot and injured him.
Darryl survived after fatally shooting his sister. A motive for the killing spree remains unclear.
“These shooting investigators are preliminary, but Sheriff (Bobby) Jones wants everyone to know that there is no further danger to the public,” Pulaski County officials stated.
