Rankin news, Pennsylvania news.

A Pennsylvania woman and her boyfriend were arrested after she allegedly took her two toddlers to a hospital with suspicious injuries earlier this month.

Police said Haley Province’s toddlers, aged 2 and 3, were brought to UPMC Children’s Hospital on Nov. 5 with multiple fractures in various stages of healing.

Doctors determined that the toddlers’ injuries could not have been the result of an accident. The younger child also tested positive for cocaine.
