Lonoke County news, Arkansas news.

An Arkansas father is behind bars after he allegedly fatally shot the man who raped his teen daughter last summer and stalked her again last week.

Aaron Spencer reported his 14-year-old daughter missing on Tuesday before finding her in a car with 67-year-old Michael Fosler.

Fosler was arrested in July for raping the teen and the family has a no-contact order in place for him.

“We had no idea this man was in contact with our child again,” Spencer’s wife said.

Spencer is now facing first-degree murder charges but is being hailed a hero on Facebook over his fatherly actions.

“No charges should be filed! I’m sorry you are going through it but given the circumstances, any father would do the same,” a commenter wrote.

“He saved his daughter!!! What a hero. He should not be in jail!” another added.
