A pharmaceutical entrepreneur convicted of administering her 8-year-old autistic son a lethal overdose of pills has been released from jail after serving 11 years behind bars.

US Magistrate Judge Sarah Cave allowed 60-year-old Gigi Jordan to walk free on a $250,000 bond in the condition of remaining at home and wearing an electronic ankle monitor.

The decision came after the judge agreed to grant the millionaire mom a retrial over violation of her rights to a public trial.

Jordan had testified before the court claiming that she was being threatened at the time and thought that if her son remained alone following her death he would be abused.

She gave him a fatal cocktail of Xanax and Ambien pills and took a similar dose in an attempted suicide that didn’t work.

“I didn’t see any way out of this situation,” she said. “I made a decision that I was going to end my life and Jude’s life.”
