According to Scottsdale authorities, a 48-year-old Youtube star accused of violently torturing her seven adopted kids was pronounced dead at the hospital on Tuesday.
In a statement Wednesday, officer Kevin Watts confirmed that Machelle Hobson's death has been ruled natural and no foul play has been indicated. She was expected to stand trial in Pinal County.
For many years, the woman ran a Youtube channel known as "Fantastic Adventures" in which, her adopted children were featured in multiple scenarios against their will.
Police arrested her on March 15 while conducting a welfare check at her Arizona residence and found the malnourished kids in a deplorable condition with dark rings under their eyes and injuries.
