A Michigan businessman is facing manslaughter charges over a deadly explosion that claimed a young man’s life last month.
Noor Noel Kestou, 31, was charged with involuntary manslaughter in connection to the March 4 blast that killed 19-year-old Turner Lee Salter.

Salter was struck by a nitrous oxide canister that was propelled through the air from the explosion site about a quarter mile away.
The explosion occurred at a building that housed a distributor for the vaping industry with a stock of 100,000 vape pens and half a truckload of butane canisters.
