The alleged killer of Baltimore tech CEO Pava LaPere was spotted by neighbors at the building two days after her slaying.
The 26-year-old victim’s body was discovered on the rooftop of the luxury building where she resided on Monday.
Investigators believe she was slaughtered Friday night although it remains unclear whether she was killed on the rooftop or brought there after her death.
Two days after the alleged murder, suspect Jason Billingsley was spotted by a neighbor who claimed he tried to follow her into the secure building.
“Look, you know, I didn’t feel right. I felt like something was wrong.”
Surveillance footage from the building showed the 32-year-old suspect waving LaPere over a glass door before she opened and let him in.
They could be seen talking and then getting on the elevator. Less than an hour later, Billingsley left the building, apparently wiping his hand on his clothes.
