Dallas street-racing collision kills separate driver, police say

Early Sunday, a 45-year-old driver was killed in Dallas in a crash that affected two street racers, according to cops.

The victim, Kendrick Lyons, was blown by one of two racing Camaros, according to reports.

Lyons was thrown out from his car and killed. The effect of the crash had sent Lyons’ car into a swirl before it hooked fire, police said. Lyons’ mother said, " he was driving to donate plasma and had celebrated his birthday with family the night before".

The driver who crashed Lyons’ car was sprinted to a close hospital with “serious internal injuries.”
