The family of a 42-year-old woman who went missing almost 12 days ago is seeking the community’s help to locate her after they got worried she might be in danger.
According to several reports, Christy Rooks was seen alive nearly two weeks ago leaving her boyfriend’s Hazen residence and got into a 2013 white Nissan Altima with a recently repaired black front bumper. Since that day, she has not called her mother with whom she always kept in touch: “I don’t know any place she could be. I’m scared somebody’s hurt her … and then it’s been cold and I’m thinking she’s somewhere hurt and she’s cold … You think everything. You really do,” Rook’s grieving mom told reporters.
Rooks is 5 feet 2 tall and weighs about 130 pounds. She has blond hair and blue eyes.
