Buffalo news, Texas news.

A Texas woman has been arrested nearly 35 years after she allegedly fatally shot dead her husband, according to authorities.

The "Cold Justice" show helped solve the murder case and arrest Norma Allbritton, 84, on July 1 in connection with the 1984 death of her husband who was found shot multiple times inside their home.

At the time, the widow claimed that someone broke into the house and killed the successful businessman. She was scheduled to take a lie detector test but she managed to skip the test.

"Well, we've always kind of thought that she was the main suspect, so that part wasn't a shock," the suspect's stepdaughter said. "But it was an emotional day when she was arrested because I have a younger brother that was raised by her."
