San Jose firefighters contained deadly apartment blaze that killed one person.

San Jose fire department stopped deadly fire which broke in an apartment near Capitol Expressway and Story Road that killed one person, early Monday morning.

San Jose fire department crew responded to a fire call which broke in in the 1300 block of Foxdale Loop at 6:50 a.m.

The blaze was reportedly huge and started to threaten neighboring units, a second alarm was called at 6:53 a.m. because of the size of the complex, according to San Jose fire Capt. Mitch Matlow. The fire was brought under control in about one hour.

the victim who was killed by the flames was not identified yet.
