A California man stands accused of killing his own mother whose body was discovered in the trunk of a car on Tuesday.

51-year-old Jamison Webster’s other son called 911 to report that his brother fled with their mom’s body in the trunk of her car.

The son told police he went to check on Webster after she did not return from a visit to the suspect and found her dead in the truck of her car outside the motel.

The man confronted the suspect, 24-year-old Richard Leyva, after making the gruesome discovery.
