This morning, they are being treated at the hospital following an alleged domestic violence incident in Zetland.
Emergency services were called to a reception unit on Defries Avenue in Zetland on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at approximately 2:15 am, responding to reports that a man was stabbed.
A 33-year-old man was found inside the unit and stabbed. He was taken to St. Vincent Hospital where he would be in a stable state.
A 31-year-old woman was also taken to the hospital for treatment for unknown injuries.
A crime scene has been set up in the original unit and officers are waiting to interview the two people once they have recovered sufficiently.
