A bloodied woman who suffered multiple stab wounds was found in South Jamaica on Novomber 15, according to authorities.
The victim was found in a pool of blood by a man outside his relative's home on 166 St. near Foch Blvd on Friday at around 10 p.m. The man and the victim's identities and ages were not publicly released.
Police announced Saturday that the unidentified woman "had been stabbed multiple times in the abdomen." Neighbors and residents were unable to recognize the woman who was not carrying identification.
She was rushed to Jamaica Hospital where she died from her injuries.
An autopsy is scheduled to be performed by the Medical examiner to determine the circumstances of the death.
