According to a report, a Texan woman pleaded guilty to inflicting injury on her son after exposing him to useless medical tests and procedures and taking him to a hospital more than 320 times.
Kaylene Bowen-Wright, 35, pleaded guilty last Thursday in Dallas County Courthouse, Fort Worth Star-Telegram reported
The mother faces 20 years in prison.
Child protection services removed the boy from care in 2017.
According to the newspaper, the 10-year-old man was reportedly transferred at least 323 times to hospitals and pediatric centers in Dallas and Houston. He underwent 13 major surgeries between 2009 and 2016.
