Two adults and two children from Nampa were killed in a tragic train crash in rural Idaho Saturday morning.
The Idaho State Police said that the four victims were riding in a pickup truck and traveling on a private road near Notus, about 35 miles northwest of Boise.

The road passes over a railroad crossing, police said. The crash occurred at around 8:20 a.m. when the Chevrolet Silverado’s driver failed to yield and ended up in the way of an oncoming train.
Killed in the accident were a 38-year-old man, a 36-year-old woman, and two children.
State Police and the Canyon County Coroner’s Office are working to notify the victims’ families.
