The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating the death of a pedestrian who fell onto tracks and was struck by a train Friday evening.
The victim plummeted onto the tracks at the Westlake/MacArthur Park Metro Rail station and was fatally struck by a train shortly before 9:20 p.m.
