California man, 70, fatally stabs 91-year-old stepmother; tells cops he doesn’t ‘want to talk about it’

An elderly California man was accused of fatally stabbing his 91-year-old stepmother, telling responding cops that he doesn’t “want to talk about it.”

Vivienne Ann Guertin was found dead from head and abdomen injuries inside a home in the 500 block of Mill Pond Drive on March 31.

Michael Richard Guertin, 70, called 911 after allegedly stabbing his stepmother and told the dispatcher that “someone was dying.”

    Detectives also spotted a bloody tactical knife on the kitchen counter.

    A relative said that the victim had recently asked Guertin for a copy of her husband’s living trust to move the hospitalized man to a care facility.
