Football player dies at 21 after going briefly missing in Dallas

A former football player in Texas and New Mexico has died at the age of 21 after he vanished for two days in Dallas, according to his family.

Jaden Hullaby played as a linebacker for Texas Longhorns appearing in two games, before transferring to New Mexico in 2021 and joining the Lobos as a running back and tight end.

His cause of death remains undetermined but family members of the late player said that he went missing on Friday and they could not “track any of his devices.”

“Forever living through you big brudda,” Hullaby's younger brother Landon. “I love you so much and I got you and the family forever I swear get your rest King.”

    “He was a great person and someone we all enjoyed being around, coaching, and spending time with.”

    New Mexico added that the Lobo family was “saddened to learn of the passing of former RB/TE Jaden Hullaby.”
