It's a terrible moment. A man caught fire after being taken in front of a restaurant in Philadelphia.
Pat Tackney, who filmed this incident, said he saw the man's face outside Jim's steaks in the south of the American city.
Pat claims that the man refused to leave the restaurant and was forcibly removed.
The video shows two men, suspected of being restaurant security officers, using a pistol on the unidentified man before his leg is touched.
Pat wrote on Twitter: ''So I witnessed a man catch fire after being tased last night…”
The Philadelphia police said they had not been informed of any cases outside of Jim's.
The restaurant did not comment on the incident.
