Dayton gunman’s friend expected to plead to unrelated counts
Ethan Kollie, 24, will appear in court on Wednesday. No details of his plea agreement were disclosed.
Kollie is accused of lying on a form of federal firearms and owning a firearm while using illegal drugs.
The authorities said there was no indication that Kollie knew his friend Connor Betts was planning the Aug. 4 shooting in Dayton.
The investigators said Kollie told them he had bought the armor, a 100-round magazine and a piece for Betts's weapon.
