Bus driver arrested after she locked a passenger in the luggage compartment on a moving bus.

State police said a bus driver was arrested after trapping a female passenger in the luggage compartment of a bus traveling from Boston to Boston.

One woman said she was locked in the luggage compartment by a Peter Pan bus driver and stuck.

The police later arrested 49-year-old Wendy Alberty of East Lyme, Connecticut, on charges of unlawful coercion, imprudent endangerment and breach of peace, according to the WFSB. Alberty is a bus driver but at the time he was a passenger and did not drive the bus.

Authorities followed the 911 call and responded to the bus on Interstate 84 near Willington, Connecticut, where they stopped the bus and left the passenger out of the luggage compartment.
