Thief wearing unicorn costume steals money and cigarettes from convenience store

Maryland authorities said that a mythical crowbar-wielding unicorn was caught in video footage.

According to Baltimore County police, Jacob William Rogge allegedly targeted a convenience store located in Baldwin the morning of the Saturday. He was wearing a "full-body white and pink unicorn costume."

As he entered the store, the suspect stole money from cash register that he smashed using a crowbar, official said.

He then fled the area and pulled up into a car that was drove by his friend who was later identified as 27-year-old Joseph Philip Svezzese.

Cops claimed that the suspect's car had crashed into a tree after suddenly lost control which lead to their arrest.

Rogge and his accomplice remain in jail facing armed robbery and theft charges.
