Ohio suspect attempts to steal cruiser of rescuing officers who saved his life

Authorities intensified the search for the Ohio man who has allegedly stolen a police cruiser who saved him from a near-fatal drug overdose on Friday.

After an emergency call from 25-year-old Jeremy Davis's home, officers found him unconscious lying on the floor of the apartment. Officers tried hardly to help him to revive by using Narcan.

Sgt. Douglas claimed: "The officers revived the suspect who had a fading pulse and brought him back basically from dying."

But when officers began to put Davis in an ambulance, he jumped suddenly into a running cruiser and took off, news outlets said.

According to court records, the suspect has been arrested many times especially for drug possession and theft.
