Cleveland news, Ohio news.

A baby was reportedly left on an RTA train in Cleveland after his father exited for smoking a cigarette.

According to a video released by the station, the event took place on Jan. 12 at around 10:45 a.m. when the train went west from the Wendermere.

While the operator has announced that the train had closed its doors, the father of the baby was still off board, and as the train began to pulled away, the father started to worry.

After a passenger noticed the baby and informed the operator, the operations staff with the Transit Police immediately reacted to make the father return. The dad and his son were finally reunited together.

The Rapid Transit Train spokesperson claimed that the baby was not harmed in the incident.
