District Attorney Hillar Moore said that the shooting that involved two LSU athletes will be considered "justifiable homicide."

"It's not a final decision, but it's one that seems to be consistent with all of the evidence and statements that we have seen," says Moore.

18-year-old Kobe Johnson was shot and killed on December 22 by one of the two players, Clyde Edwards-Helaire and Jared Small involved in the incident. They told police the victim tried to rob them as they were selling an electronic items.

"They stayed at the scene, they were cooperative with the police, and they were very polite. They were very articulate from the start," Moore added.

Both players are expected to participate in the Fiesta Bowl.
