Police are investigating a shooting that happened in the parking lot of a Waffle House in Mobile on Sunday.
Officers were called to the scene on Government Boulevard near Interstate 65 around 2 p.m. on Sunday, December 23.
A witness who was eating at Waffle House said that he saw two men arguing in the parking lot. The witness said both men pulled out guns and started firing at each other.
The confrontation led to shots fired outside the Waffle House at Government Blvd and I-65. Police confirm one victim was shot, no information about his condition is available.
several shell casings were recovered from the scene, no arrests have been made in the case yet.
