The fiance of a Colorado woman missing since Thanksgiving was arrested Friday at his home in the community of Florissant, Colorado.
Patrick Michael Frazee, 32, was accused on suspicion and solicitation of murder, his lawyer said that he cooperated with investigators and provided DNA samples.
Authorities searched the suspect's property and the victim's home but declined to say what they found.
Kelsey Berreth, 29, was last seen on Thanksgiving at a grocery store near her home in central Colorado, the police started looking for her since December.2. The couple's daughter is now in protective custody and will be turned to the victim's family.
The suspect was being held without bond and his court hearing is set to be on Dec. 31.
