Authorities announced Tuesday that the skeletal remains in September are those of an Ohio woman missing since 2017.

Police confirmed the identity of the remains through a DNA test, they were discovered in the backyard of her friend's Moraine home. The victim had a history of drug and was a mother of four children, her family was all worried and continuously wondered about the sudden missing.

The suspect, Gilbert Revere, 57, knew her for about 10 years, he allegedly confessed to picking up Burgan on the day of her disappearance, he wrapped her in an army tent and dumped her body in the back of his home. He was arrested in September in connection with the crime and is currently in police custody.
