A Mississippi teen has been arrested and charged after spending a week on the run since he allegedly shot dead a 66-year-old woman according to officials.
Latavious Betts, 17-year-old is accused of two murders and three shootings. He was charged of first-degree murder in connection with a March 22 shooting death at a Verona car wash, and faces murder and aggravated assault charges after he opened fire a dozen or more times into Annie Walton's home on Dec, 7 killing her and injuring four others.
Betts was also charged with aggravated assault for a July, 8 shooting of a convenience store that wounded two.
Betts is being held without bail because he previously violated release terms.
