A Virginia woman has been ordered to serve the rest of her life behind bars after she killed her boyfriend and decapitated his body in 2018.

43-year-old Roena Cheryl Mills was convicted in December of a first-degree murder charge in connection with the gruesome killing of 29-year-old Bo White who was found decapitated in his Lenore home while his head was discovered in a nearby wooded area in April 2018.

Mills was arrested after witnesses spotted her bloodied and wearing a glove. She told police that she has been thrown through a glass door by someone she wouldn't identify. In the victim's bedroom, officers recovered a second glove matching the one she was wearing.

"You have to take me back and let me get my heads," she reportedly told a deputy.
