Pennsylvania mom arrested after son, 8, calls 911 during her heroin overdose

A North Wales mom has been arrested and charged after she has been found unresponsive by responding officers following a 911 call her 8-year-old son made to save her, local news outlets reported.

Upper Gwynedd Township Police Department announced that they have received a call on Nov. 28 at around 2 p.m. from a boy claiming that his mom is unresponsive at their home. Michelle Gresh, 37, was lying on the floor unconscious and officers revived her with Narcan. At the home, there were many syringes and heroin accessible to the boy.

She faces many charges including endangering the welfare of a child, possession of a controlled substance and use and possession of drug paraphernalia.
