Seattle news, Washington news.

Seattle authorities are investigating the scene of a shooting that killed one person and injured seven others during Wednesday’s rush hour.

Meanwhile, the search continues for multiple suspects who police said had “fled in all directions” after a dispute that ended violent outside of a McDonald’s near Pine Street and 4th Avenue at around 5 p.m.

Three men, ages 21, 34, and 35 have sustained bullet wounds but were listed in stable condition. A 9-year-old boy remains in a serious condition while a 50-year-old woman underwent surgery and still in critical condition.

“I am sick for those impacted by the gun violence in Seattle tonight,” state Gov. Jay Inslee said in a statement.

Hours before, a shooting involving police officers took place less than a half-mile away.
