Florida double shooting suspect makes first court appearance, arguing over bond

The Florida double murder suspect who allegedly shot two roommates on Sunday, made his first court appearance arguing with the judge over bond.

Damon Kemp, 19 year-old, is facing two second degree charges entered court screaming "God" as he was wheeled in and then began shouting at the judge after he was denied bond.

"I've reviewed your arrest and determined there's probable cause for your arrest", the judge said over Damon's shouting. "I've appointed the public defender to represent you so you have a lawyer, this morning."

The suspect was charged with two counts of second degree murder for the shooting deaths of his roommates Treau Ingraham and Jordan Paden, who let the killer stay with them at an Daytona Beach apartment, and were attempting to help him.
