Hania Aguilar's case: Suspect to face death penalty if convicted

A judge said Monday that Micheal McLellan who is suspected of assaulting and killing the young girl Hania Aguilar in North Carolina last month could face the death penalty if convicted.

The 34-year-old was arrested on Saturday and charged with 10 felonies in Aguilar's case including first degree murder and first degree kidnapping, according to the FBI, the judge revoked bond during the killer brief's court.

Hania Aguilar's body was found in Robeson County, her disappearance sparked a massive manhunt.

The friends of the kidnapped girl, who is born in Front Payne, Alabama, on March 1, 2005 described her as a good , happy and loving person, who loved to draw and listen to music.
