Gwinnett County Police charged the three surviving members of the crew. They will probably face another charge of murder related to the death of Erik Vargas.

Junior Gutierriez, 16, and a man were shot dead along the Indian Trail Road. Police said the two men were part of a thief and a potential victim opened fire.

Investigators said that the three survivors first lied to the police, claiming that they had been victims of an interstate rage incident.

Thanks to a translator, Gutierriez's mother, Oralia Guitierrez, said she did not know where her son had gone on Tuesday night.

Gwinnett's police are still searching for the shooter.
