Denver news, Colorado news.

According to a report, a United Airlines pilot who was naked in his hotel room overlooking the Denver International Airport received an unjustified $ 300,000 arrest settlement.

Andrew Collins, of Virgina, was arrested in September 2018 in the Westin after airport employees reported seeing the pilot touching the 10th floor window of the hotel.

Collins' lawyer, Craig Silverman, said Collins had no idea he could be seen from the outside, according to the report.

A judge rejected the charges in March.

Collins, who is suspended for six months but is now back, explained how the arrest had complicated his daily routine.

Despite the difficulties, he celebrates his legal victory.
