A teenager who was shoved off the span over the Lewis River at Moulton Falls Regional Park on Aug.7. said that she is looking for justice.

Jordan Holgerson said Tuesday after her ex-friend Taylor Smith's hearing that the latter is making it "a difficult trial" after she pleaded not guilty and waived her right a speedy trial.

Holderson plunged the equivalent of three stories and suffered six broken ribs, a punctured lung and air bunbbles in her chest. The incident was captured on cellphone video and in a surveillance camera video.

Smith allegedly admitted to pushing Holgerson off the bridge, but said she did so trying to help her friend overcome her fear and not to injure her.

"She said that she was going to take full responsability", Holgerson said. "All that she's been doing is lying."
