A driver of a silver Sedan was caught in a shooting incident obliging him to crash into a house and die later at the scene in Fremont.
A sergeant said that there were two cars involved on Chaucer Drive between Newton and Torrington courts.
after the shooting the driver of the sedan could not control the car anymore, he crashed his car eventually with near a house at Chaucer Drive and Torrington Place around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
the other car driver tried to escape the scene, but the police were able to stop that car. No further details were available about that driver.
Police have not released details on the shooting yet.
