Two Florida men have been busted after a video of them trying to get an alligator drunk went viral.
Timothy Kepke, 27, and Noah Osborne, 23, were charged with unlawful possession of an alligator which is a felony in Florida.
Osborne has allegedly caught the gator on a street on Aug. 26 and brought it to his friend Kepke who had the odd idea of getting it drunk. He told investigators during questioning that he's had a "couple beers and wanted the reptile to join him."
According to witnesses, the alligator has reacted aggressively and nipped at Kipke who was taunting it.
Kepke was released after posting a $5,000 bond while Osborne is being held on a $2,500 bond, according to reports.
